1.1 Unseen Entertainment provides an online streaming service ("the Unseen Entertainment service" or "Unseen Entertainment") through which users can stream live television and on demand content ("Content") by using an electronic device which is capable of connecting to the internet, including personal computers, mobile phones, tablets, smart TVs and other similar devices ("Access Device").

1.2 These are the general terms and conditions, which may be amended from time to time ("Terms") that apply when a person ("User" or "you") accesses and uses the website accessible at https://www.unseen.africa, applications carrying Unseen Entertainment content and any other URL used by us from time to time.

1.3 By accessing Unseen Entertainment, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms which are posted on the Unseen Entertainment Website at the time of such access and use.

1.4 Additional terms and conditions may apply to particular information, content, services, applications or any other aspect of the Unseen Entertainment service or to products and/or services provided by us ("Additional Terms"). In the event of conflict between these Terms and the Additional Terms, the provisions in these Terms will prevail.

2 Keep your details safe

3 Permitted use and what you are not allowed to do

3.1 It is your responsibility to acquire and maintain, at your expense, the computer hardware and software, telecommunications facilities and internet access service ("IT Facilities") in order to access and use the Unseen Entertainment service.

3.2 You must ensure, prior to accessing the Unseen Entertainment service at any time, that the Unseen Entertainment service is compatible with your IT Facilities and that your IT Facilities are sufficient in order for you to access and use the Unseen Entertainment Service.

3.3 You agree not to access, or attempt to access, the Unseen Entertainment Service by any means other than through the interface that is provided by us.

4 Allowed use and licence

4.1 You may only access and use the Unseen Entertainment Service, or any of the information or materials provided on Unseen Entertainment, in a lawful manner, for your private and non-commercial purposes, and in accordance with the Terms, and not for any commercial or other non-private purposes, unless our prior written consent is obtained.

4.2 You may cache the Unseen Entertainment Website or App provided that; the purpose of the caching is to make the onward transmission or download of the content from the Unseen Entertainment Service more efficient; you do not modify, reproduce, interfere with the cached data or content in any manner whatsoever, or otherwise use the cached data or content in a manner not authorised by us in these Terms; and you update, or remove from your computer system, the cached data or content if we request you to do so.

4.3 No person may frame the Unseen Entertainment Website or App in any manner without our prior written consent.

5 Content restrictions

5.1 It is your responsibility to satisfy your watching preferences, make sure prior to accessing the Content, that the Content meets your individual requirements.

5.2 It is your responsibility to manage access to Your Unseen Entertainment Account. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent the viewing of Content by people below the prescribed age restriction specified by us or by any applicable regulatory authority. You must also ensure that parental guidance restrictions and requirements are adhered to.

6 User-Generated Content & Conduct

6.1 You are solely responsible for any comments or content you post. We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes, but is not limited to: Hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, or promotion of violence.

6.2 Users who violate these terms may be blocked by other users and reported for moderator review. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these community standards.

6.3 Users can use the "Report" feature on any comment to flag it for review. Users can also "Block" any other user to immediately hide all content from that user. We aim to review reported content within 24 hours.

7 Cost of UNSEEN Service

7.1 Subject to these Terms, you may access the Unseen Entertainment Service for free. However, access to some pages on the Unseen Entertainment Website or App may be restricted to persons who are registered for access to the restricted pages in Unseen Entertainment by providing their phone number and creating a password.

8 We may suspend your access to Unseen Entertainment

8.1 We may suspend your access to part or all of the Unseen Entertainment Service if you don't comply with our terms ("Terms").

Advertising

9.1 Advertising keeps Unseen Entertainment and many of the websites and services you use free of charge. We notify you that we may run reasonable ads to generate revenue to sustain the service.

Security

10.1 You may not, whether intentionally or negligently, do, or attempt to do, anything to interfere with or disrupt the Unseen Entertainment Website or App, or compromise the security or stability of the Unseen Entertainment Service, including, without limitation, by delivering, or attempting to deliver, any damaging code (such as computer viruses, worms and trojan horses) or other damaging or destructive component to the Unseen Entertainment Website or App, or the server and computer network that support the Unseen Entertainment Service.

Entire agreement and variation

11.1 These Terms, as amended by us from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between us and you in relation to its subject matter and supersede any previous agreement between you and us.
